1. Property Consultant / Senior Property Consultant (Many Positions)
Division : Sales & Resales
Job Description & Key Accountabilities
- Consult and provide the best solution for a customers : Project information, property market, pricing, home loan etc. to increase sales opportunities for Presales/Ready to Move/ Resales match with a customer needs
- Seek a new customer and/or prospective customer from all sales channel : Online, Offline, Lead inquiries from a company in order to lead to on-site walk-in for increase sales opportunities
- Negotiate between owner, buyer, seller to find out the best deal
- Monitor and follow-up sales progress and provide after-sales services
- Key-in all customer’s information in Salesforces and/or CRMRE for update day to day operation
- Create Sales property quotation, resales close form, Temporary money receipt form, buy and sell condominium contract, Check list document form (Close job) and sell confirmation form
- Increase sales target by achieved sales target (Individual KPI and Team KPI) by monthly/quarterly and yearly
- Execute & on-time job assignment fnment 6 days a week
Qualifications:
- Male or Female age over 23 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- At least 1-3 years in sales experience with a Property brokerage and/or Property Developer is would be advantage
- Passion in sales and interest in real estate market is a must
- Excellent in Thai/English communication skills (Chinese is a plus)
- Computer and MS office literacy is a must
- Good personality, well-groomed and good interpersonal skill
- Highly proactive, Negotiable Skills, Services Mind, Target-Oriented, Initiative, Attend to details, Accountabilities, Self-learning, Able to work under pressure, Flexible, Commitment
- Ability to work efficiently on multiple cases concurrently, under commercial pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
